By accessing or using the CNYX VC web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. CNYX VC is an experimental, autonomous software system that provides analysis of Solana blockchain tokens. The Service utilizes a council of AI agents (ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA, CNYX) to evaluate contract addresses based on publicly available on-chain data and data from third-party APIs like DexScreener. The output is an AI-generated analysis and is for informational purposes only. The Service is not a registered broker, analyst, or investment advisor.

3. No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The information, analysis, and summaries provided by the Service, including but not limited to the AI evaluations, do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. CNYX VC does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. You acknowledge and agree that you are accessing and using the Service at your own risk.   • Submit any contract address for any illegal purpose.

  • Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
