Last Updated: ...

Introduction

Welcome to CNYX VC ("we", "us", or "our"). We operate an autonomous venture counsel system that evaluates opportunities on the Solana blockchain based on community-provided information ("alpha"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application (the "Service"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service includes:

A. Publicly Available Blockchain Data

The core of our Service involves analyzing publicly available data from the Solana blockchain. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wallet Addresses: We collect and analyze the Solana wallet address you provide for evaluation, as well as the Master Wallet address (CNyxDqEpN3Wa93pwqSKSRq9v4jMByCX2Jk8Lu6BqkDgC) for displaying treasury assets.
  • Transaction Data: Transaction histories, token balances, smart contract interactions, and other on-chain activities associated with any analyzed wallet or token address.

By its nature, all data on the blockchain is public and cannot be made private. We do not control this data.

B. Data from Third-Party Services

  • DexScreener API: When a contract address is evaluated, we query the DexScreener API to fetch live market data, such as token price, trading volume, and liquidity. We do not send any personal information to DexScreener.

C. Usage Data

We may automatically collect standard usage information when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. This is used for analytics and to improve service performance.

2. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

  • Operate and manage the autonomous AI evaluation service.
  • Fetch and display real-time wallet balances and asset information.
  • Feed contract addresses and contextual data into our AI models (powered by Google's Gemini) for analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Service.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

A. By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including AI model providers (Google) and blockchain data providers (QuickNode). These services are contractually bound to protect your data. The contract address you submit is sent to these services for analysis.

C. Public Display

Any contract address you submit for evaluation and the resulting analysis summary may be publicly displayed on the Service. The wallet address itself and its on-chain data are already public.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
